Pornogeneraattori asutati 90ndatel ja pärineb Valkeakoskist, Soomest. PG mängib agressiivset vanakooli punk/hardcore’i. Bänd andis 2000. aastal välja EP „Kapinallinen”. Pärast seda järgnes mingi loominguline paus ning 2025. aasta suvel hakkas PG jälle esinema. PG on tänapäeval sama aktiivne ja produktiivne kui kunagi varem. Pornogeneraattori on Soome punk-skene kõige paremini hoitud saladus.

Their latest album, The Sworn Book, blends thrash, death metal, rock, atmosphere, philosophy, and occult themes into a distinctive sound, with new material set to arrive in 2026.
